According to several small studies covid-19 lesions include subpleural effsuisons, b lines, air bronchograms, thick irregular pleural lines. These findings are non specific and can be seen with various lung conditions.
Normal lungs show a lines (horizontal reverb lines equidistant from the pleural) thin regular pleural line and lung sliding with respiration 
Consolidation vs Atelectasis consolidation is fluid filled lung it resembles liver echotexture called hepatization. Atelectasis iscpartial or complete lung collapse often seen with consolidation. You can also see air bronchograms
Air Bronchograms is air within the air way contrasted with consolidation. Color Doppler shows pulmonary blood flow or a sense in cases of infarction.
Thick irregular pleural line and subpleural consolidation
Pleural effusion, very common can be anechoic or echogenic in cases of exudative pleff, also hemothorax, empyema, chylothorax and malignancy
B lines 1-2 may be normal 3 or more per intercoastal space in 2 or more zone may be edema, alveoliar interstitial syndrome
