Funding to states and municipalities to sustain and augment their healthcare workforce, allowing them the flexibility to design their own responses, including a corps of remote health workers to assist the public
Providing the medical community the incentive to engage in telehealth in order to receive safe, quality care at home, by removing restrictions placed on digital care, etc.
