Next, make it clear to @nateglubish that the ATRF is not part of the GOA consolidated reporting. So its costs and revenues do not even appear on the GOA bottom line. #AbLeg #handsoffmypension

The very next thing is to let @nateglubish know that the money in the fund is not his. (Refer him to the Teachers' Pension Plan Act where it says something like "funds are held for the beneficial interest of plan members".) #ABLeg #handsoffmypension

Don't forget to point out that the GOA makes less than 50% of the contributions to the plan. And, that he is wrong to assume that a minority position gives him total control. Encourage him to get a backbone and stand up to Travis on this. #AbLeg #fail

@nateglubish needs to be pressed as to why the one (faulty report) that was written was authored by AIMCo. An organization whose executive comp will go up by millions as a result of this move. Kevin's pay alone could go up by $1 million per year. #AbLeg #fail

Ask him (@nateglubish) why AIMCo failed to calculate a risk adjusted rate of return to compare LAPP and ATRF over Kevin's tenure as CEO. And, why did it not include an analysis of weighted costs. #ABLeg
