As #Covid19India escalates and lockdowns come into effect more and more of India's most desperate are going to risk their lives to access food and essentials for their families. Inequality is now literally a life-and-death issue, and will long term consequences for social justice
I saw today morning the lady who works as sanitation worker in the city corporation diligently at work, as always. What protection does she have? What risks is she taking, and why? I see delivery "boys" stretching their luck at great risk.
As lockdown extends more of the city's underclass is going to take greater risk becos nature of inequalities demand risk-taking behaviour from those who are desperate.This is a public health risk,but more imp is the need to u/s that this comes from ignoring idea of social justice

(En passant, non è esattamente così. Va più come rappresentato da @RosaTron qualche giorno fa.
Il numero dei deceduti non si sovrappone in maniera perfetta a quello delle persone testate: ci sarà sempre qualcuno, contagiato, che muore senza aver fatto il tampone.)

L'uscita unilaterale è irrealizzabile: troppi gli attori interni chiamati in causa, quando sappiamo che sono proprio le nostre Istituzioni ad essere “occupate” ed il nostro impianto normativo inquinato.

Il solo consenso elettorale (cmq non di misura ma netto e stra bordante) non è sufficiente.
Tra l'altro servirebbe una pluralità di persone "giuste" nei posti chiave assai elevata, mentre siamo in difficoltà per il normale avvicendamento dirigenziale (lo spoils system).

Il suo opposto, cioè una uscita concordata con gli altri Paesi europei, appare anch'essa irrealizzabile. Forse in circostanze di gravissima crisi internazionale (a condizione che la Germania esprima un afflato collaborativo che storicamente non ha mai dimostrato).

Oh, et puisque je parle d'appétit énergétique, quelques éléments de comparaison : 7000 tML d'uranium, ça fait 8300 tonnes d'U3O8. À comparer avec notre consommation de ressources fossiles en 2017 :
- 76 900 000 t de pétrole
- 29 400 000 t de gaz
- 13 600 000 t de charbon
(Ça, c'était si des fois le transport maritime ou terrestre de matières dangereuses vous faisait peur, ou si la dépendance aux imports d'uranium vous apparaît rédhibitoire ^^)
