Endurance does not mean to simply wait it out or let time heal, but rather it means to persevere and take tenacious action while refusing to be defeated.
To persevere through life’s problems also means to defeat the voice inside of us each day that says, “This isn’t going to work out.”
By persevering in this way, not only are we victorious over whichever obstacle we’re facing, but we dispel our deep- seated negativity. We overcome our fears and anxieties and forge a life of freedom and happiness. 💯
