Reflecting on last year's unprecedentedly savage and fake media narrative of MJ, I keep wavering in what was the most despicable of all misconduct.

Australia networks reached low enough in depths to pull in McManus, Bagnall and Jacobshagen for multiple prime-time media specials.
- @SundayNightOn7 devoted an hour "True Stories" special to folk like Melanie Bagnall, falsely claiming "she's never spoken, until now!"

Bagnall was one of the failed NL5 plaintiffs (MJ won $1M+), admitted lying in depos & sold stories for $15K+ to Star/Splash & others inc. VG.
- @SundayNightOn7 didn't divulge Bagnall's past including her failed assault case against a NL security guard (in which it was Bagnall who instigated sex talk "out of left field" toward him while carpooling).

Instead they "corroborated" her via co-perjuring litigator McManus.🤦‍♂️
Even more raunchy, @SundayNightOn7 gave extended airtime to proven forger Michael Jacobshagen w/ his bogus and impossible claim of receiving a previously-seized book from MJ but w/ new inscriptions & scandalous circles he claims MJ drew around the boys.

Did @SundayNightOn7 bother to take the book to a lab to chemically age the ink to see if it was even written at a time MJ was still alive?

No. They used a snake-oil, court-barred "expert" who previously claimed Karr wrote Ramsey ransom note days before Karr was revealed a hoax.
Jacobshagen contrived the book story & inscriptions after LN press in 2019, where he also sold the images and fabricated tale to The Mirror and other European rags.

Yet in an hour interview weeks later w/ @RichardSyrett he made no mention of this book story, stripping naked etc.
But like the Australian media & UK tabs, @RichardSyrett didn't bother to do a single shred of research into his guest before offering a platform to spread more provable lies. Richard accepted at face value every remark made by Jacobshagen including his mythical friendship w/ MJ.
These parties—McManus, Bagnall, Jacobshagen—were enabled to spread demonstrably false claims by passive media because investigative journalism is dead. Modern outlets care only about clicks and views.

All of the proven liars share deceit w/ the same phony commitment as WR & JS.

THREAD: The creepy obsession guilters & select "reporters" have with two retail books seized from NL in 1993, as gifted to MJ years prior (out of 1000s of non-evidential items seized from 93-04) only highlights their own seemingly perverse mindset.

Here's a detailed analysis.
A week before jury selection, Dimond "through a source or two" learned that "The Boy: A Photographic Essay" was seized in 1993.

She ran headline w/ video proclaiming it to be "child erotica" according to "connoisseurs on the Internet"🙄A claim that was never made in open court.
In the story, Dimond uses an interview w/ retired NYPD investigator to bolster the claim that this mass-published, commercially sold book was somehow "child erotica."

But the involved law enforcement investigators never classified it as such beyond TV publicity & pretrial spin.

Evolution of Finaldi's sloppiness to redact the alleged $150k "hush money" check to the short-lived accusations of Jane Doe (Susan G.)

Check was made out to her friend-boyfriend-husband.

I wonder if Finaldi checking w/ husband helped lead to the disbandment of said allegations.
Jane Doe's name became known to Finaldi as part of his desperate fishing expedition to chase down any childhood associations mentioned in police reports.

She was named alongside James Safechuck in Mary Coller's 1994 police interview as guests that she saw while working for MJ.
Coller recalled Jane became friends via fan mail. MJ found her last name unique so called her as a surprise, like he did with many random fans if they left their numbers.

By contrast, Finaldi claims they met when MJ spotted her visiting Hayvenhurst (a story that itself evolved).

Victor Gutierrez found Joy & Wade in Venice Beach 1992 (July 4th)—the only weekend Wade performed. Victor "recognized Wade" despite Wade being a mostly unknown figure at the time. (From Joy's depo).

VG made it his life to stalk MJ associates & push pedo fantasies to all of them.
Joy said Wade "laughed & said it was ridiculous."

Joy explained Wade "was very convincing...He would look me in the eye time and time again and tell me that nothing ever happened...he should have had an Oscar."

I suspect Joy finds Wade's actual acting (post-2012) less stellar.
Victor also paid money to at least 4 of the NL5 staffers to spread malicious stories of pedophilia (same stories being pedaled by Finaldi).

The ex-staffers went as far as to lie in depos about knowing VG, keeping his name shrouded in secrecy even while mentioning other tabloids.

He was explaining to me that in India, we're yet to sell railways but in Pakistan even 'roads sold' to keep the country's economy afloat'. Must have picked up from channels. So this comparison always makes people content, 'unse behtar hain', without stepping foot out of India.
This is the super narrative--comparison has to be with Pakistan, look at how others have sunk & we are still not doing badly. Even within locality it happens, people are sometimes more jealous about neighbour's accomplishment. So playing on these emotions. Truly amazing.

First check to see if they bothered to add any variability whatsoever in the model they are using to supposedly report actual numbers from a complex system.

The mortality rate they want you to report is the - 0 day rate: Today's Confirmed Death total minus Today's Confirmed Case total.

This has not varied outside of 1/10th of 1% in the last 5 prints.

Most of the abuses that this sector of media is critical about come from internet giants, who pay lip service in response, because those abuses are very profitable, & regulation is unlikely in the US & users not motivated enough to change their usage of networks. /2
US regulation that would help stop the criticized practices is unlikely to help, mainly because Congress isn't qualified to design these regulations, so they would leave it to lobbyists working for the industry to be regulated /3
