I've supported @BernieSanders for pres since '15. He always seems to get what people want; honesty, fighting for workers & healthcare, consistency, & he keeps it policy based when debating Dems. He's a genuinely good person who actually cares.

But seeing how many in the establishment, the interviewers, politicians, and 'celebrities' who direct or influence public discourse through media, speaking out so harshly towards him makes me support him even more.

You see, I was bullied. I know personally what it's like to have the entire school and (some) teachers against you.
I know what it's like to have an incorrect narrative about me spread around and attempts to 'correct the record' are ignored.

After watching @WhoopiGoldberg , someone I once admired, talking over Bernie, not giving a single shit about what he had to say, was so disheartening. That wasn't an interview, that was shameful.

After seeing @Alyssa_Milano , someone I once admired for her work with the #MeToo movement, ignoring all of that to support @JoeBiden even though he has a credible accusation against him (which she knew about) then to blame Bernie's base as toxic is shameful.

Time and time again, @BernieSanders has been shouting wonderful policies to improve American lives, and it's swallowed by the abyss of the mainstream media and cries of HOW WILL YOU PAY FOR THAT?

Yet he's the one they're ALREADY BLAMING for their supposed most electable candidate losing to Trump.

That's not how this works. If you claim he's the most electable, then Bernie staying in the race will have NO EFFECT. None.

But if their 'most electable candidate' is threatened by another candidate in the race who has not said a single bad thing about Biden, only discussed his POLICIES and VOTING HISTORY, then maybe rethink that most electable argument.

IF Biden gets the Dem nomination, he will NOT drive out voters. His base's enthusiasm level is very low, and he's not even trying to get progressives to vote for him.

HE'S NOT EVEN TRYING TO EARN BERNIE'S VOTERS SUPPORT. Not being Trump is, and listen very closely...

So, as someone who voted for Clinton in 2016, and am still unsure what I'll do in 2020, Bernie needs to stay in and continue his fight for what is right.
