4. the #CIA wanted to rendition the #MullahKrekar,BUT #Norwegian authorities did NOT allow the CIA to do it ,however he has remained a target and when the Italian anti-terror police,#ROS, started investigating #mullahKrekar's network,they needed help with #PalTalk encrypted comms

5. so I think it's likely #PalTalk was part of the #PRISM programme since 2009 because of targets like the #MullahKrekar. And the interesting thing here:#MullahKrekar's network kept using #PalTalk EVEN after @ggreenwald,#Poitras,@bartongellman,@ewenmacaskill exposed it!
