Only by cultivating the comic culture we can improve animation movies in India.
Empowering the lower base line of any industry that is utility market, help the lifestyle and luxury market to survive. In this case the base line is comic publishers and the luxury market is
3d animated movies. Marvel comics was founded in 1939. DC comics was founded in 1934. The character Batman and Joker from DC comics have been produced in so many comics, tv series, movies and 2d animations. Every time it has been produced, the story line and the
character have been through improvisation. The results clearly reflect on the screen in recent DC Movies.
Fueling the local comic content makers will improve the inventory of indigenous storyboards and comics. Local comic content makers have a team of 2–3 people. It is a
low risk business that require low investment per team and little time to create the comics. The success of such comics at the regional scale will build confidence for up-selling.
Making a movie in Bollywood is a high risk business due to huge commitments. This is the reason we
often seen successful regional movies are re-shot with improvisation for Indian Global Audience by Bollywood because success lower down the risk on returns and build confidence in investors. @ComicConIndia may lay down the operations and supply chain of
base line comic industry in India.
Another aspect is valuing the pre production process in animation. Pre-production in animation is a very important aspect for cohesive production and post production quality. The pre-production is not properly valued in India that result in
less than expected on the big screen. Animated movies have lots of exaggerated expression and exaggerated movements. It require shameless role play theatrical during the pre-production phase followed by story boarding. Indian bodies are hefty and our culture is hierarchical, so
we seldom move. The movie Fraternity have Behavioral segments. Theater artist have the suppleness but they are not invited by Technical Centric Animation Specialists. Technical centric animation artists are normally from middle class that are conditioned to not portray
careless guffaw attitude that is the essence of animated movies. I think technical centric animation specialist have no idea about the existence of theatrical artists. There is no theater experience programs in animation institutes best to my knowledge. The technical artists
believes to achieve everything with their mouse and keyboard. I think this gap in everyone in the process from top to bottom make them not fit for animation and not fit for quality evaluation.
Another reason is in a small budget they have to follow a tight deadline and might be
pushed to move fast animate faster by the management may results in poor output.
These same animators works with outstanding quality in a foreign project given the time, planned pre-production documents and
expert foreign evaluators.
Clearly the process is at fault not the individuals.

@RAYSITI@BeReal_App I think this app is a good conversation starter every single day. It will also trigger group calling because eventually, people will like to discuss the life moments in the photos in detail with each other in their free time. The influencers may decide to
@RAYSITI@BeReal_App celebrate their mundane routine life like photographer Jamie Livingston.
@RAYSITI@BeReal_App In the long run, this app will draw down the FOMO and peer pressure among a group of friends, be more empathetic towards each other and this empathy will turn into a comfort zone that will inspire friends to collaborate over petty ideas.
I was watching the Personalization versus Customization video on the Nielsen Norman Group YouTube channel (). Looking from the lens of social psychology, I think a video on Personalization versus Comparison (Comparative Personalization) would sketch
the future roadmap of digital communication design. This is because I've been thinking about the many ways personalization can be taken advantage of socio-politically at a global level while watching the video 'How short-form video is rotting your brain?'
I'm totally perplexed after watching the movie #Kantara. The expressions of Būta Kōla are subtle yet extremely gravitated. The ending scene where father & son meets in the jungle & they communicate through eyebrows instantly draws a parity with Kathakali. The unmatchable energy
in 'hunkar' grunt completely consumes the atmosphere. Bhoota Kola characteristics wouldn't have diffused into the heart & mind of audience in absence of repeated premonitions & hallucinations of the protagonist Shiva. On a lighter note I think some people in the theater
