PS, Trump had nothing to do with the start of the #COVID19 #vaccines strategy. #NIH/#NIAID was already partnering with - a project for mRNA vaccines started by @BarackObama admin - & started on vaccine in mid-January before Trump said he'd even heard about #coronavirus.
