So how about some real transparency, publish dates of meetings & minutes & hold a #press conference after each one - bolster #Consumer confidence?

And the article makes clear that it seems almost everyone thought it was a foreseeable problem, well if that is the case, tell the public all the reasons why it was; they deserve nothing less wouldn't you say?

If I can make these obs, then surely it's not beyond wit of paid journalists to chase the issues down?
