According to a charity org, which helped them to flee occupied #Izyum, the women were released from the hospital in the morning.

Just to be clear about the police, apparently, they came to the site after the attack, the attackers have already left, so police just asked how the man looked like. Next day girl went to police to file the case w docs from the hospital. Police promised to search for the attacker
