On the non-release of impact studies - the Government argues that it will be “undoubtedly detrimental” to negotiation interests to publish..

point being - the EU institutions do still believe in economic models like this, and in the case of the Parliament in publishing them...
Government case is that not publishing them has some sort of persuasive impact on Barnier or the EU27
