US auths knew in 2014 Cottrell was laundering money, but waited til he was leaving US with Farage in Jul’16 to arrest. We don’t know why 13/
But it’s possible US auths kept Cottrell under surveillance - or even as a co-operating witness - until his arrest. 14/
