1/ p. 29 - the letter from WH firing Yates
2/ P. 70 - blacked-out email from Curtis Gannon (who was acting head of OLC) in response to initial reports that DOJ did not review travel ban EO.
3/ Apparently the Legal Aid Justice Center emailed Judge Brinkema (EDVA) a habeas corpus petition, in addition to filing on ECF. The portion above (which was forwarded to Yates) was blacked out.
4/ I deleted previous tweets about the 530D letter. Several people corrected me that it concerned the letter in Association of American Railroads, which was submitted to Congress the following day on 2/1/17. I apologize for the mistake. justice.gov/oip/foia-libra…
