5/ Hillary Clinton had *nothing to do with* the information that ended up being in that dossier. She had nothing to do with that dossier getting to the FBI. She had nothing to do with that dossier getting to Congress. She had nothing to do with that dossier getting to the media.
6/ She *certainly* had nothing to do with the FBI finding the dossier credible. Anyone who's researched it with any attention—including a former criminal investigator like me—has found ample indicia of its reliability and accuracy. Those who deride it often haven't even read it.
7/ Steele himself, a former member of UK law enforcement with (a) no allegiance to any US political party, (b) full knowledge of who his sources are, and (c) no financial motive (as the job ended many, many months ago) predicts the Dossier will be found to be 70% to 90% accurate.
