2/ Consider Ukraine. In September 2013, before the overthrow of Yanukovych one of Putin's adviser's Glazyev threatened a Russian attack on Ukraine if it signed an Association agreement with the EU - an utterly unacceptable stance in modern Europe. theguardian.com/world/2013/sep… 
3/ This, is of course exactly what happened after the overthrow of Yanokovych. But here is Corbyn in April 2014 faithfully parroting the Kremlin account that Putin's actions were a response to a far-right coup in Kiev and NATO expansionism. morningstaronline.co.uk/a-972b-Nato-be…
4/ And there's Syria. The horrors we have seen on TV and in the press are perhaps only 1/1000 of the reality of the barbarism inflicted on the Syrian people by Assad & Putin. But antiwar campaigner Corbyn has made hardly a squeak of protest.
5/ And then there's Iran and Venezuela, both countries mired in thuggish authoritarianism. But Corbyn criticises neither. And of course both are Russian allies and Iran is deeply involved in Assad and Putin's brutal war of oppression in Syria.
6/ It is not that these nations are socialist. Venezuela had elements of socialism but has succumbed to corruption and cronyism. Russia & Syria are crony-capitalist. Syria is a hereditary dictatorship, & Iran an oppressive theocracy. Socialists should oppose such states
7/ Corbyn was Chair of Stop the War. A few years ago its website was a portal to Russian propaganda sites, and of course it also parroted the Kremlin account of Putin's aggression against Ukraine.
8/ And now Corbyn backs #Brexit, even though it will harm those Labour claims to protect. None of this means Corbyn is some kind of Russian agent, but it shows his very unhealthy sympathy towards brutal, aggressive & oppressive crony-capitalist regimes.
9/ And here we see Corbyn's friend and Director of Communications Seumas Milne, another 'socialist' all too sympathetic to Moscow, receiving a warm handshake from Putin in Sochi in October 2014. An article on this here: newstatesman.com/politics/uk/20… 
10/ So why is Corbyn, the socialist and outspoken antiwar campaigner so sympathetic towards an aggressive, fascistic kleptocapitalist, who together with his allies has committed war crimes on a massive scale? Something smells very bad!
11/ As a footnote, it's noteworthy that a bunch of Tory Brexiters, including Bone, Jenkin and Redwood adopted a very similar line to Corbyn's in defending Putin's aggression in Ukraine, except that they blamed the EU not NATO.
