I agree with what Diane said here. While I understand that #WI1 has national implications because whoever wins will challenge the Speaker of the House, this primary has become completely one-sided because of national discourse, which is steeped in sexism.
I find @SenSanders' focus on local and state races particularly troubling. So did my community. A joint group of Sanders and Clinton supporters wrote a letter to the Senator explaining that his appearances are unproductive. cambridge.wickedlocal.com/news/20171023/…
Do you research on @IronStache. He's been made into a political celebrity but that has distracted from his many problems, including sexist and derogatory remarks.

I'll end with this: excusing the sexism + misogyny that destroyed Hillary Clinton means that it'll destroy future candidates. This shouldn't be a debate anymore: Hillary Clinton's gender contributed to her loss.

We saw local voters turn off national noise before, ie in Virginia. Though she's ahead in the polls, I'd really like to see more stories about her/a spike in donations.

Again, I really believe that we still haven't learned the right lessons from 2016. We have a lot of serious reckoning to do on our side too.
I don't know about local coverage since I don't live in WI, but he is definitely killing it nationally. With national focus being more on midterms than possibly ever before, I think media/celebs/Tweeters are tainting this primary by not talking about her.
Me too. Even larger than that, I'm seeing how unfairly women are treated when they run for office. What's happening to @CathyMyersWI is exactly why women don't want/are afraid to run.
This is what happens when your opponent has more donations. They can afford to invest more in @adwords. What a shame.
