1/ ok, from all articles i've read and videos watched over past few hours, here are what seem to be key allegations from Brexit whistleblower Shamir Sanni about how his side cheated during referendum

2/ when @vote_leave was about to bust spending limits, it funnelled £625k through a puppet operation called BeLeave, run by two 22-year-olds, in what looks like breach of electoral laws

3/it's ok to give excess funds to another campaign if it is independent.....

but......

4/ The two BeLeave guys, Shamir Sanni and Darren Grimes, worked in Vote Leave HQ as volunteers before they became "independent".....

.... and afterwards too (according to the allegations)

5/ @vote_leave lawyer advised BeLeave how to spin themselves off so they could be "independent" (according to the allegations)...

....ok, maybe, no harm in getting advice from a friendly lawyer....

6/ None of the £625k went to BeLeave bank account. Instead it went straight to AggregateIQ, a Canadian data company..... (according to whistleblower)

... which @vote_leave had also funnelled 2.7m through

7/ Grimes told Electoral Commission he discovered about Aggregate IQ over the internet.....

odd way to find about this obscure Canadian company, if whistleblower is correct that Aggregate IQ had staff in @vote_leave offices

8/ Was money donated by @vote_leave to Aggregate IQ for BeLeave really used for BeLeave?

£625k only produced 1,164 email sign-ups and 1,005 mobile phone numbers, New York Times reports, leading whistleblower to suspect money may have been used for @vote_leave instead

9/ @vote_leave told BeLeave what to do even after it was "independent", whistleblower Sanni says...

...Stephen Parkinson, then at @vote_leave now May's political secretary at Downing St, says he wasn't telling Sanni what to do just giving him advice as his lover....

10/ While BeLeave was "independent" it was using same Google drive as @vote_leave - and @vote_leave figures including Dominic Cummings had access to BeLeave files, according to whistleblower

11/ after Electoral Commission started investigating links between BeLeave and @vote_leave, the latter's COO deleted the access Dominic Cummings etc had to BeLeave files on the Google drive, according to whistleblower

12/ an incredibly long blog by Dominic Cummings denies many of these allegations.

13/ but what do you think...

was BeLeave independent of @vote_leave or just a puppet operation?

and if it was a puppet, has @vote_leave cheated?

and if it cheated, does that taint the whole referendum?
