The news media plays a very prominent role w/ the FBI/DOJ. One only needs to spend 15-30 minutes reading the Page/Strzok Text messages to see how often they discuss planting stories w/ friendly reporters/outlets.
The brass @ the FBI pay CLOSE attention to the news cycle. Primarily because they are identifying/watching out for leaks from others @ the FBI/DOJ/and amazingly THEMSELVES!

3 weeks into the SC and collusion is already an afterthought!
So far very little information has leaked out of the SC. Never fear! the Senate select committee on intelligence will fix that.

Page discusses a foia and then all Hell breaks loose. A case is opened. Strzok wants to polygraph the entire field office. He says quote "The thing with this one is, We're SO bad that no one down here knew. So you could literally do the whole field office."
Part of SSCI leak, Page gets profiled in the guardian. She is said to have a substantial record of investigating Russian Organized Crime! Page says this is ridiculous. she sent story to SC spokesperson P. Carr who said "Obviously couldn't work with this outlet." curious comment?
Here is a story nobody talked about. Strzok says "we fired somebody for leaking this story" It was a HUGE profile peace on Zainab Ahmad, lawyer for NYC eastern district ( yep under eric schneiderman ) Zainab joined Mueller's team right around the writing of this story.

Look at how Agent Strzok speaks of the MYE or Clinton investigation. Like a conceirge service they make sure everyone is ok with subpoenas. stunningly the FBI is ok not getting laptops. The FBI helpfully, gave a heads up to redacted, they need to call any planned people soon.

Parallel construction is a method for the IC to circumvent processes put in place to stop abusive and often illegal activities. Little processes like oversight and accountability. So enough of the boring stuff. CHECK out this article.

Forbes learned about the existence of the Collections Operations Group (insiders call it "the COG") from the results of a freedom of information act request filed with the FBI in 2017. Hmm I just had a feeling some usual suspects were making an appearance!

1. Some short knows for those smart people in the deep weeds of politics. The most important 'political' (elected) person for Trump's confrontation of corruption in DC is now back to the beginning: @SenRonJohnson
2. Few people remember, fewer even know, that it was Johnson’s committee effort that brought out the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages. Lots of other committees began exploring DOJ and FBI misconduct, but it was Johnson who started the sunlight back in July/Aug of 2017.
3. Unfortunately, very few were paying attention two months ago when Johnson again confronted FBI Director Christopher Wray.

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
