1/ Je partage cette analyse de @witte_sergei depuis le début de l’offensive des FAU. Car dans cette opération, il faut chercher à imaginer quel est l’objectif stratégique atteignable à la mesure des possibilités réelles et non fantasmées des FAU. Objectif : Energodar? Pourquoi ?
2/ Pour des raisons politiques : la centrale d’´#Energodar constitue un objectif à forte valeur ajoutée que les ukrainiens ont bombardé (pour tenter sa démilitarisation) mais ont surtout attaqué environ 5 fois par des assauts amphibies qui ont échoué.
3/ la prise de cet objectif ou son encerclement constituerait un élément majeur de négociation tout en étant extrêmement difficile à reprendre de vive force par les russes en raison de la sensibilité de l’installation.

They are not invincible, especially for the case of the Abrams and Leopard, that is taken out by "significantly inferior adversaries"...
While it is good news for Ukraine to get these tanks, I (DPA) does not expect the tanks to be significantly different in term of battlefield impact from the over 1000 tanks Ukraine had already fielded since the start of the war.
