They’re LAWS. Rules are what schools have. They’re laws which are the foundation of our entire electoral system. And this is an investigation into major electoral fraud directed by Theresa May’s special advisor & overseen by 2 cabinet ministers, so it’s a pretty important point.. 
And then there's this. Tell me that's not true @ElectoralCommUK? I mean...what??
Anyway, let's just wait & see the report says, no? Vote Leave have leaked this for a reason & are briefing ahead of it ('rules'). So why not instead enjoy a video of 2 of the (alleged) co-conspirators together: @michaelgove & @darrengrimes_
But do remember it's @theresa_may's advisor, Stephen Parkinson, who oversaw this - the biggest overspending scheme in British history. And that we've now established that @Nigel_Farage's Leave campaign lied about r'ship with Kremlin. & there's no investigation into this. Nothing.
To clarify, don’t for a minute think @bbclaurak deliberately misled. And of course, she didn’t write the headline. It’s more that, leak must have from Vote Leave & they’ve tried to spin it their way..
