President Trump & Congressional Republicans are doing their best to sabotage the American health care system & Affordable Care Act. The Department of Justice’s decision not to stand up for people with pre-existing conditions in Texas vs. US is another cynical step in that effort.
This case will determine whether tens of millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions can be discriminated against - like the old days when insurers would deny coverage, impose annual/lifetime limits on benefits, and charge women more than men for insurance.
