This is Konstanin Nikolaev, Russian billionaire confirmed as Maria Butina's backer. He's partners with Nikita Mishin & Andrei Filatov in Globaltrans, Russia's biggest private rail transport. The trio sold their stakes in Global Ports in 2017.
