At his prison reform roundtable with Republican governors, Trump took more shots at Chicago over its violence issues, saying, "Bad stuff happening. And probably, uh, I guess you have to take from the leadership. It's called bad leadership."
At least one Democrat, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards, is at Trump's prison reform roundtable. He's presided over a major drop in the state prison population.
Trump says that although oil and gas production are booming, the U.S. is "environmentally perfect."
Energy Secretary Rick Perry was talking about the criminal justice reform he presided over in Texas, then Trump said, "How's it going energy-wise?" (He said at the beginning of the event that they might talk about some additional subjects.)
