Although Moon and KJU agreed to meet in September, no date has been set. Blue House officials now say unofficially that's because working-level talks between NK-US are ongoing and Pompeo's potential 4th visit to NK could precede Moon's visit to Pyongyang

Moon Chung-in may have some inside knowledge but doesn't seem likely in this case. In fact many still believe the original speculation as to why the date was not revealed: NK wanted the summit to take place on September 9 Nation Founding Day for propaganda
Why? Because Sep 9 is the Nation Founding Day and having Moon there to pay homage to the Grand Poobah regime would be some coup for KJU. Moon will presumably have to attend propaganda extravaganza "Brilliant Fatherland," which could legitimize Grand Poobah

Japan declines to attend a naval event in Jeju after repeated calls by SK not to arrive with its Rising Sun Flag symbolizing Imperial Japan. However the real reason why it chose not to attend is more intricate.

They leaked news that the lead vessel of the host country may switch to ROKS Dokdo, which is the largest SK navy vessel. Dokdo is an island but also the name of this LPH-class amphibious vessel with a platform that can launch helis, Ospreys and even VTOLs

Here’s why they’re wrong. The completely miss the Browder connection because they have bought into Browder’s lies. Bill Browder is not a white knight battling Russian corruption. He IS Russian corruption.
My followers know that I’ve written extensively about Browder, exposing him for the crook, liar and scammer that he is. But a brief refresher course is in order to demonstrate why the theory that the Trump Tower meeting was a setup is dead wrong.

On Sunday, July 15, representatives from the United States held the first General Officer-level talks with the DPRK since 2009. They met to discuss the return of U.S. service members’ remains missing since the Korean War.
This meeting was aimed at fulfilling one of the commitments made by Chairman Kim at the Singapore Summit. Today’s talks were productive and cooperative and resulted in firm commitments.

Here’s the problem in a nutshell.
The language in the Panmunjom Declaration (“complete denuclearization”) doesn’t have a clearly understood, agreed meaning. It serves to obscure differences, not bridge them. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s just not sufficient by itself.
That ambiguous formula serves as a ticket to a further conversation. But it’s not a substitute for that conversation.
