The following statements by Judge #Kavanaugh were misleading or false.

The question asked by Republican and Democratic Senators was important:

1. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to @SenFeinstein:

“I've never taken a position on the Constitution on that question.”
2. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to @LindseyGrahamSC:

GRAHAM: "OK. Now whether or not a president can be indicted while in office ... I think you have written on this topic as well, haven't you?"

KAVANAUGH: "I have not written on the constitutionality."
3. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to @SenMikeLee:

"The constitutionality of indicting a sitting president. I have never taken a position on that.”
4. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to @SenWhitehouse:

“The fact that I said that suggests that I did not have a position on the constitutional..."
5. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to @ChrisCoons:

“On investigation and indictment of a sitting president, number one, I've never taken a position on it.”
6. Kavanaugh misleading/false statement to Senator @amyklobuchar:
