I met a woman who came from Russia to get married. But since MA only does a 5 year criminal check on the men, his multiple arrests & ROs for domestic abuse, including an attempted murder charge, were left out. Now he beats her every day. I know because he’s my ex. GPD knows too.

But instead of keeping her safe, the Georgetown Police chose to tip off the husband that I was trying to help the wife. Does this sound like good police work to you? Is this really how we’re going to continue handling domestic abuse cases? @MassAGO @FBIBoston

Next, GPD told the DA’s office that she filed a complaint about me. Only problem is that was the same day she showed up at my house to thank me & bring me a plant. I doubt people make complaints about others and then bring them a plant - or ask for rides or ask you to babysit!!

Of course, I reported all of this to the Chief who, again, did nothing. Also, he has very good at lying, falsifying reports and evidence and keeping women unsafe. Just like one of the detectives I know who was on his department while this was happening to me. @FBIBoston

So I have to ask: Who came up with the idea of a five-year background check? Five years is great if you are 20 years old. But if you are in your 50s, five years is clearly not enough. Why are we going out of our way to keep women unsafe in this country? #KeepingTheWrongOnesSafe

And more importantly, why do we have people in positions of power who are going out of their way to not only break the laws, but who are also making women even more unsafe then before they reported it? The wrong people are receiving protection. Why?? @FBIBoston @MassAGO

BTW, I’m talking about 2 different men in my posts. One is a violent abuser w/a record but somehow got promoted to Deputy Fire Chief anyway. The other is a verbally abusive stalker, hacker & abuser of police privilege - also w/a record, but somehow got promoted to detective. Why?

Now, I know all of this happened because the Chief chose to lie instead of doing the right thing. So he had to backtrack & cover up all his lies which resulted in him involving the DA, 2 Judges, some Clerks and the lives of multiple women who deserved and have a right to safety.

We know where the problem starts. But we don’t know is how to end the problem.

Main people involved in this disgusting cover up: GPD/Chief Donald Cudmore, Judge Stephen Abany, Judge Patricia Dowling, ADA Kate McDougall, Trooper Peter Sherber, multiple Clerks in Essex County.

Not looking for likes/comments but I do want people to read & retweet this thread.

It’s some of what’s going on in my county. It’s dangerous, unsafe & breaks most of the laws surrounding domestic violence; laws that are in place for a reason. It’s time to follow them @FBIBoston

Also, you may notice that I never give up the names of the actual abusers. That’s because I don’t think they deserve one more second of notoriety. They have both received promotions in professions where the main focus is to help people. Things that make you go hmmm. @MassAGO

Please RT this entire thread so we can show these protectors of abuse that we are not taking this anymore!

I should also mention that this entire thing is happening because I reported a cop for abuse, stalking, hacking, threatening to rape & kill me etc. Instead of holding him accountable for his violations of the laws, the chief decided to lie to me and keep him safe instead.

So because the Chief of the Georgetown Police department didn’t want to do his job, 3 woman and 6 children are left with no protection, just sitting around waiting for the next assault. This can’t be allowed to stand. @FBIBoston @MassAGO

I don’t want to live in fear & terror anymore. I have been trying for over a year to make this right. We have Judges & DAs who are not doing the right thing. Since I have nothing left because they have taken it all away, I might as well put my whole story out there for everyone.

Because even if this thread saves one woman or child in this county, it will be 100 times more than what the Georgetown Police, Essex County DA, Essex County Clerks & Judges, and the Mass AGO have done collectively. Isn’t that sad? You can help by RTing this thread. Thanks 🙏

The most appalling piece of this entire thing is the fact that a female judge would use nude photos of me, obtained during an ex parte meeting with my stalker, hold of them up for an entire court room to see and then throw them at me while I am standing there begging for her help

That’s what Judge Patricia Dowling did to me on November 6, 2017 at the Newburyport District Courthouse.

This female judge not only broke the laws, but tried to humiliate and embarrass me in front of a court room full of people.

To all the people who have taken part in this disgusting & horrific abuse of power; or who have distributed & shared my photos in an attempt to shame me into keeping silent I say: fuck you!! I am not ashamed of my body or the fact that I reported these abuses. I’m ashamed of you!

Lastly, please mix this timeline with what I told you above & draw your own conclusions re: what you think my life was like this year since reporting a cop for domestic violence.

I am not willing to let any other woman live through this. Please RT entire thread if you agree.

P.S. I also live in Georgetown...not too far from the same police department that failed to hold an abuser accountable; and in some instances actually joined in on the harassment. The Chief lives in town too. So much for hometown pride.
