If the #Russians🇷🇺 stole @HillaryClinton’s voter file AND had @realDonaldTrump’s internal polling data, they would know which voters to target with specific messages.
Add in the stolen #Facebook and other data, plus Trump’s voter file, and #Russia🇷🇺and others (PsyGroup, Cambridge Analytica, etc) literally would have EVERYTHING needed to microtarget voters very specifically and highly effectively.🤨

1. After listening to @dbongino's show today, Is it possible that our IC community *knew* HRC's basement server (not DNC) was hacked, and the reason they approached the Trump campaign was to probe and see if the "dirt" had been given to them? October 🎁
2. Therefore, the reason no one can pin-down the start point of the investigation into Trump is because no acknowledgement of her server's having been hacked has ever been made publicly. No official intelligence channels would prevent this knowledge from becoming more widespread.
3. Could this be why the White House was *so* involved? Because, If HRC's server had been hacked, whoever hacked it most likely had compromising emails between HRC and President Obama. Not only would Obama be ruined, but also Hillary's shot at the WH would be as well.
