A security researcher in Georgia named Logan Lamb discovered a serious security vulnerability in an election server in his state. Th 2/e vulnerability allowed him to download the state’s entire database of 6.7 million registered voters. 2/

Georgia's Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, who is now running for governor AND overseeing the election – that he's currently running in – refused help from DHS, even though he KNEW his ONE server was held together by bubble gum and duct tape. 3/

So, the Coalition for Good Governance sued the SecOfState, Brian Kemp, who is running for governor (did I mention he's overseeing his own election? I want to make that clear).

But surprise! The computers that held the election data were wiped shortly after the suit was filed.

Georgia is still using unreliable technology – touchscreen voting machines that are so easy to hack that literally a 12-year-old can do it. There is no paper trail. Do I believe that Democrats tried to hack into Georgia's election? No, I don't. But if they wanted to, they could.

Meanwhile, Brian Kemp is out here trying to imprison a woman who helped her father, who is missing both legs and is blind, fill out his ballot. He told her who he wanted to vote for and signed it himself. #ElectionDay #Midterms2018
