2) On transition: fixed? Extension possible?
3) the big one is NI. So you said a CU? Is there still a backstop to the backstop?
4) and then the CU. This will be terribly interesting. I don’t envy @OllyRobbins and @WeyandSabine for having to negotiate this and am impressed by the work they did - even before reading it. The gap seemed unbridgeable.
@OllyRobbins @WeyandSabine 5) So much to look out for here. What are the level playing field commitments? How dynamic are they? Who supervises eg state aid? What dispute settlement? What sanctions?
6) Have we found a solution for the Turkish negotiating FTAs problem? What‘s the provision on ending the CU?
7) And finally - what does the future relationship say after all these changes?
8) Also: fisheries...
9) GIs...
10) where do we go from here? There‘s cabinet to cross, member states might raise their voices, two Parliaments...
11) There‘s been a lot of yelling and drawing red lines - but for the time being: Congrats to the negotiators!
