ACLU’s @dale_e_ho just played this Yahoo interview in court and is grilling John Abowd about Ross’s statement that the citizenship question was “in the air” early in the Trump admin.

It’s pretty brazen that - after fighting for months against a deposition about his decision to add a citizenship question to the census - Wilbur Ross granted a press interview on the subject at the precise moment the Supreme Court will decide the matter.
