For the "muh we are all doomed" crowd. After a week of non stop the sky is falling OMG we are doomed. We end where we about started as of now the Dems are +12 in the 🏠 and at the worst will be at +18. They will have a smaller majority (29) than GOP did.

What this means is that in 2020 the GOP will need flip at most 19 seats back to regain the House. That is nowhere near an impossible task, especially considering that only about 30,000 votes TOTAL in those 18 districts were the difference.
Just to be clear. While I am waiting for the final numbers and should have the exact count by this weekend as of now the GOP needs to only flip about 16,000 votes (+50% of the 30,000) to retake the house....
Let's say 2,000 votes in 19 districts on avg.
Each district represents about 750,000 people. Not hard to find a couple thousand in each......
