I don't buy that the assassination opportunity happened senindipidously from the Saudi good fortune of having the Turks send him to the KSA Embassy. I believe any objective investigator would suspect Turkey's involvement. That is consistent with my reporting it was MIT. @FBIWFO
Another factor few addressed: We rightfully recoil in horror over Khashoggi killing but ignore his extreme affiliations as if he had been in some rowdy college fraternity. He was listed by KSA before Kushner had MBS relationship. But why would pro MB Turks help kill him?
I think the logical answer is they wanted to harm KSA and get leverage on the US. To @NSAGov: Is it possible that Kushner's #WhatsApp intercepted by DC MIT or SVR so they knew JK or @POTUS green lighted it thinking non-citizen so who cares? So far that's my most plausible theory.

There is an issue with 18 USC 2520 statute of limitations that has put me on watch for an amendment. There is a chance that they know more than we do. 2. @TheDemocrats are victim of crimes committed by the Russians & US people associated with the 2016 Russian attack. This complaint does not name @realDonaldTrump individually but there is already sufficient proof from Micheal Cohen to add Individual No 1 as a RICO defendant.
3. I am not expert in US Attorney's obligations to victims but I do believe they get to know things not publicly released. Do Dems know that something is coming soon? Maybe. Maybe not. But I've been expected an amendment if it was if they were told. @Mimirocah1 @maddow @Lawrence

1. @KatyTurNBC @MSNBC just had a guest on from the @BrennanCenter. I missed her name. I think she said that the President could veto a 50 USC 1622 joint resolution ending a declared national emergency. IMO the statute makes no such specific reference to Presidential role in it.
2. I understand the US Const says President must sign resolutions but in the case of War Powers Act I think the President doesn't get a say. Nixon tried to stop it but his veto was overridden. Is @BrennanCenter sure about the power of the President to veto a sec 1622 resolution?
3. Any comment from @tribelaw @neal_katyal or their colleagues would be welcome. @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog

If you are traveling to Istanbul & Antalya, or are interested in traveling, this might interest you.

1) Istanbul Card is a bliss. It costs 6 Liras and with a top-up of 15 more, it is best to get around.

2) Avoid taksi (taxis). They are exorbitant
