a thing i said to daria earlier was "if society wasn't such fucking garbage you wouldn't have anxieties over your surgery outcome because people would constantly be talking about the problems they have with their bodies" but it applies to so many people
i had a thread some months ago about how it's just really normal for people with "working" dicks and testosterone to not orgasm from sex. it's also normal for people with natal vaginas to not be able to have sex at all, I have known several people with that condition.
it's never pleasant to have your body not work the way you want, but society seems intent on making sure *everyone* thinks that if your body isn't working the way you want, it and you are ruined and worthless
but man to go further, to not just breach the wall of silence that prevents anyone from publicly talking about their body and sex issues but to actually publicly bray thoughtless garbage that enhances and empowers that is shitty on another level.
i am continuously utterly staggered by the number of people who do not realize how fucking irresponsible it is to generalize your single experience. in this day and age, when the internet makes it possible to aggregate data, to not even fucking try is immoral.
when it's shit that fundamentally affects peoples sense of self. how fucking dare you.
