Dear nonblack person, if a Black affirmative action/empowerment offer means you're "excluded"? I acknowledge your hurt feelings but you need to understand that pro-Black structural decisions can't be about your feelings at this point.
"Pls explain why your offer is exclusive to Black and Indigenous people and Rrom_nja!" Hon I'd love to but this would make it look like Black folks creating offers for each other and giving out gifts as they please needs some justification.
Black people are supposed to include everyone and anyone in our empowerment work to the point where the spaces aren't safe for us any more. There are *structural* reasons for Black to Black offers, extended or not.
You could think about why you're forgetting that the communities about whose 'exclusion' you're so sad CONTAIN BLACK PEOPLE.
You could think more about what it means to be a Black vs nonblack person [of Color] in a white society. You could think about which communities have actual structures and resources.
Reacting hurt /butthurt /tearful /accusing against Black-exclusive empowerment is problematic, tryna make the structural personal (about you) & draining blacktivist resource and energy.
ps: please don't bother trying to get into a dialogue with me about this, there won't be one.

pps: clueless trolls who try to ignore global power structures (aka "so we white [/xy] people can leave you out as well?" as if you didn't already) will get blocked immediately
