Say "The Bush admin should have ensured a modern tech stack was ready for the new admin to use rather than using their own; she used a secure off-site host while waiting for that to catch up.
Unless you want to have to do the same thing when it comes out that the GOP was doing the same, except theirs was actually breached by hostile foreign actors and used to blackmail the USG into submission.
ask them right back about the 2015 breach of their emails, if Karl Rove et al passed any restricted information, if any classified info linked to the contract for DIA Solicitation #0012005 could have been cached + exfiltrated.
