Doing my best @SharylAttkisson impression.

Here's the Macron speech- essentially a jumbled mess of Obama's Redistribution, Newt Gingrich's Contract w/America, Trump's America First, Hillary's 2008 "Forgotten" & Ocasio-Cortez's Social Justice Derp.

1. No anger exists that can justify injuring police officers or damaging buildings. Nobody should fear disagreements. When violence exists, freedom stops.
2. There is legitimate anger that's rooted in the Global Warming tax plan. The Prime Minister responded by cancelling those taxes. The anger was deep and "in many ways the anger was legitimate."
3. He goes on to list "the forgotten": employees not making enough, single mothers... "I have seen for the first time the distress of these women," retirees who can't live on their government pensions, those that are handicapped
4. Macron: To the forgotten: "I may have given you the feeling that I had other concerns, other priorities..."
5. Macron: I have fought to change our political structure because above all I love our country and believe in our country.

But, many other countries are struggling with these same problems.
6. First of all, France is in an economic state of emergency. They have gone too slowly, so Macron will intervene. Has asked Parliament to design strategy so people can live in better conditions. Salaries will go up without costing any more to employers.
7. Overtime should be paid without taxes. And all employers that can should "pay an end of year bonus to employees that will not be taxed nor generate any social charges."
8. Retirees receiving less than 2000 Euros per month will have their tax increase cancelled.

The 40 year old wealth tax caused wealthy to leave the country. We need to keep these people in France to create jobs.
9. Unemployment and retirement benefits must be reformed
10. We must adhere to collective responsibilities to "produce and redistribute wealth... the responsibility to be free... to take on Climate Change and other challenges."

We must take on the opinions of those who don't vote.
11. Macron brings up tackling the "issue of immigration."

Announces he will meet with the Mayors of France to establish the base of the "New Contract for the Nation." France is at a historic juncture.

"Long live the Republic, long live France."
