Here’s what make thats hard to believe. The report was based on information the agency had from 2013 on Christopher Steele so the head of FBI never came across him? Seems like he should know about sources? 
According to the report the agency had “medium confidence” in his intel which means its credibly sourced BUT not sufficient quality or corroboration. Does the FISA court always grant warrants based on this level @carterwpage?
Why didn’t @Comey see the reports in November, after the election they really picked up. Certainly seems like there was a concentrated effort to undermine @realDonaldTrump AFTER the American people voted.

There are 71 pages, that we know of, of payments to Christopher Steele and reports of his information yet @Comey never saw them? It’s clear they are for more than “reimbursement” because there’s a special section for that.
