1/ The Daily News is publishing a false accusation by an unbalanced woman who has said she has sex tapes of Donald Trump, Hilary Clinton, Bill Clinton and other prominent figures. She has falsely accused me of having sex with her many years ago when she was in her 20’s.
2/ She has also fantasized that I was her lawyer in a specific case, which is easily disprovable by court records and the absence of any retainer agreements. I never met this woman. She has made up the entire story.
3/A New York Post reporter told me that Pg 6 of the New York Post refused to publish these falsehoods after reviewing the evidence. The reporter told me her stories were “too good to be true”, that the woman couldn’t back up anything she claimed and that she had “no credibility”.
4/ The reporter also told me that, although she accused others of having sex with her, she never accused me. She apparently began to accuse me only after she met David Boies.
5/ David Boies threatened to find another woman to accuse me if I did not withdraw a bar complaint that I had previously filed against him for falsely accusing me of sexual misconduct with another woman.
6/ I challenge her or David Boies to repeat this current false accusation in public so that I can sue them for defamation. When the Daily News asked David Boies to have the woman repeat the statement to them on the record, the Daily News told me Boies said she refused.
7/ Neither she nor Boies have ever been willing to subject themselves to a defamation suit by repeating this false story in public and outside of court (where they are protected by privilege.)
8/ I challenge her, as the New York Post did, to prove she has these sex tapes. I also challenge her to release evidence currently under seal, which would prove my absolute innocence.
9/ No newspaper should publish these kinds of false allegations by a woman who is obviously delusional.
10/ Journalists should never publish an accusation of this kind without the accuser at least being willing to go on the record. There is a good reason why she won’t – because she knows these accusations are false and would be disproven in a court of law.
