Men, there is a small talk we need to initiate.

The small talk around a small muscle known as the pubococcygeus muscle.

The one that ameloriates your erection and helps you control that ejaculation.
When you were a boy, your urination stream was powerful. You could send your fountain of urine across the river or over the wall. This has changed in your adulthood.
While penetrating your woman, -just after 20 minutes of foreplay-, no sooner do you start than the sweet, heavenly ejaculation comes. You try to hold but the ejaculation overpowers you and comes out like a bullet. You try to stop but the mind has let it pass.
You try to convince yourself that I will satisfy her in the next round but your mind is too tired to initiate another erection. Your mind is worked up and your self confidence drops. This affects your subsequent sex life.
You begin convincing yourself that because she is your bedmate, your sex life is boring and therefore you need to spruce it up. So you begin drinking alcohol or buying energy drinks or even buying sex enhancement pills just to satisfy her.
You even begin watching pornography and downloading them into your phone where you hide them in a folder with a password that resembles a chemical formula.
I have some bad news.

1. Alcohol

2. Energy drinks

3. Pornography

Will not enhance your sex drive.

4. Sex enhancement pills like Sildenafil will leave you with side effects, dependency and destabilize your self esteem.
Fellow men,

You see, sometimes in this life, we undergo so many daily challenges like looking for money to fend for our families. This takes toll on us that when you get in bed, you don't want anything to do with sexing your woman.
These challenges eat your mind that you justify why you can't have a strong, persistent erection. You just want to do, finish and turn the other end to sleep.
Unless you have major reasons messing your erection power i.e
1. Psychological stress

2. Chronic diseases like Diabetes

Chances are your pelvic floor muscles are weak.
The pelvic floor muscles are found in that area between your pubic bone and the anus. That whole area is known as perineum.

There are several muscles criss-crossing there and for the purpose of this thread the muscle of interest is 'Levator ani.'
'Levator ani' is abroad muscle formed by 3 muscles

1. Puborectalis

2. Pubococcygeus

3. Iliococcygeus

Don't mind, I will explain functions of each.
1. Puborectalis inhibits defaecation..The one powerful muscle that tights your anal opening so hard to stop you from passing gas or releasing stool in public.

2. Iliococcygeus supports the rectal tissues.

3. The pubococcygeus is what brought this thread.
The pubococcygeus muscle arises from your pubic bone (the hard thing beneath your pubic hair) to your tail bone aka coccyx.

This muscle

1. Control urine stream

2. Strengthens erection

3. Contracts during ejaculation.
You are unable to satisfy your woman not because you are sick but because this muscle is weak.

You are unable to sustain an erection or halt an ejaculation because this muscle is weak.

THE PUBOCOCCYGEUS MUSCLE. So, tiny yet so important.
How do you feel it?

1. When in your washroom during urination, try to hold your urine mid stream. The muscle trying to contract just below your scrotum is the pubococcygeus muscle.
2. Sit down on the floor or lie in lithotomy on your bed. Grab the muscle directly below your scrotum and try to squeeze that area. You will feel a hammock like muscle attempting to contract.

That is the pubococcygeus muscle.
As you get older, the pubococcygeus muscle gets weaker, just like other muscles of the body. It is therefore your responsibility to strengthen this muscle.

How is this done?

Through exercises known as Kegel's exercises.
How is Kegel's done?

First,you'll have to master this muscle.

It's not easy to articulate it at first. So, when in your washroom, begin by holding mid stream urine thrice for 5 - 8 seconds.

Do this daily - 4 times a day- for 7 days.

(Wash your hands after visiting the loo)
As times go by, you'll learn to contract and release it without necessary during urination.

Work on this muscle every day, 4 times daily.

Don't use your thigh or abdominal muscles. Don't hold breath.

Target that muscle. -The pubococcygeus muscle.
Remember to include core muscle work out like planks, leg raises, etc.

Also,

1. Lose weight

2. Eat quality diet

3. Raise your testosterone levels

4. Sleep
