“As a member of parliament, the newly elected Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, signed the appeal for a UNPA in July 2010.”

3/ This means Trudeau signed an appeal in 2010 to make Canada’s Parliament subservient to a World Parliament that could impose binding regulations on us.
