No one seems to be talking about this Senate report on the use of spousal & fiance visas to arrange marriages for minors to get US immigration status. Why are we encouraging 13 year olds to marry old men? hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/…
Why are US immigration officials allowing about 800 minors a year to be married off so they or their fiance can get a Visa?
Marrying off teenage girls (95% of the minors are female) to men in their 20s, 30s, even a few in their 60s is child sexual abuse.
This is a program that needs to be shutdown or severely curtailed at a minimum. Sending a 14 year old girl to 3rd world country to marry a 40 year old man who was high bidder on her dowry, because he can get a spouse Visa to move to the US after their marriage is unacceptable!
Amazing how the press didn't seem to notice this Senate report from last week...

I wonder who is this associate of Steele. I'm betting someone knows who it was, but doesn't want that detail revealed yet because it will be very interesting.
Well that is quite interesting, Zainab Ahmad is a terrorism prosecutor out of EDNY. Why was she meeting with Ohr, Strzok & Page in fall of 2016? She is also a prosecutor on Mueller's team. Weisman was of course there too.

Huh, unidentified govt. officials digging through NSA data on Russians to find incidental collection on the President of the United States. Sounds a lot like #Spygate & #Spygate2 where they searched Chinese diplomatic intercepts by NSA to try & find dirt on Jared Kushner.
Gee, I wonder who the White House adviser & State Dept. official were. Bet they are the leakers trying to spin spying on the President into a necessary thing in this case.
Imagine that, the spin put on the story by Washington Post's sources is probably inaccurate. Again justifying their misconduct in attempting to spy on the President to thwart his authority. Wonder why they wouldn't want that info in the hands of people who would leak to the WP!

It looks like Sundance is conflating issues here. Warner is not claiming he had Gang of 8 briefings in the Summer of 2016. He discussed 2 separate issues. 1. That he can't go in to what the Go8 was briefed on. 2. During that summer, lots of events were going on.
Warner never said the Go8 briefings were given at the same time as the events that happened when the investigations started. The information was "subsequent to that briefing" about things that happened the previous summer. Not that the briefing happened the previous summer.
Sundance is making a mistake in interpreting the statements of Warner. Warner is talking about the briefings in March 2017, stating that both intel committees started investigations AFTER their briefings. Investigations that are not quite 2 years old. Confirming March of 2017.

#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.

Currently @RonJohnsonWI is doing all he can to say why he thinks the Flores settlement is bad and how he thinks it incentivizes #immigration. He is doing a great job showing he doesnt know what he is talking about. Migrants do not know about the TVPRA or Flores...

2/The #immigration law is already very harsh and provides for "expedited removal" through a unilateral decision made by a low level immigration officer without opportunity for the individual ordered deported to make his or her case before an immigration judge;
3/Specifically, the immigration law already gives a low level @CBP or @ICEgov bureaucrat unfettered power to order someone removed fr the US "without further hearing or review" unless the person indicates an intention to apply for asylum or a fear of persecution. INA 235(b)(1);

1/ The conditions which allowed #WhereAreTheChildren to happen were created by the Obama admin. The recent Sessions policy of separating children from parents at the border will make things even worse for one reason no one really seems to be talking about. Let's talk about it.
2/ We have all heard by now that asylum-seeking parents will be separated from their children and detained. But it gets much, much worse.

They will also be legally orphaned.
3/ Asylum-seeking families have always been processed and released together and their cases joined for review in #ImmigrationCourts. The new Sessions approach is designed to not only reverse that policy, but to inflict maximum harm in the process.

Here are some real ideas to fix the #immigration system.

1. Get rid of the 3 and 10 year bars and replace with a fine.
2. Put more asylum officers near the border.
3. Create a market-based cap for employment-based immigration.
4. Create an entrepreneurial startup visa.
5. Create a path to a green card for E-2 investors. Include any children brought here before age 21.
6. Let's really make a 10 year law: provisional green cards.
7. Direct DHS to allow people to take the steps to correct their immigration status.
8. Penalties besides deportation.
9. Put money and resources into fraud detection.
10. Expand guest worker programs to allow people to go back and forth.
11. Invest in antigang resources.
12. Centralized U visa databases.
13. Tax incentives for microbusiness in high unemployment areas.
14. State biz incubators.
