(1/1) For the first time, H.E. @mrbidhaan officially confirmed that @fisheriesSOM had granted fishing licences to a Chinese company, owner of 31 fishing vessels. We still demand transparency.. We demand the draft of the deal to made public @SomaliPM @M_Farmaajo
(1/2) Remember H.E. @mrbidhaan never mentioned that the 31 licences was granted China Overseas Fisheries Associations in his announcement tweet. We only realized the deal with COFA when @RAbdiCG shared a link from the BBC and the Minister himself retweeted. #Transparency? 
(1/3) The confusing thing is H.E.@KhadarGulaid said he attended the launch of the Tuna Licencing Plan while he appeared standing behind H.E.@mrbidhaan who was busy to sign the licences. No one mentioned the deal with China Overseas Fisheries Associations officially.
