Yesterday's vote to lift sanctions for Derispaska should be looked at as the glass more than half full. 11 GOP Senators broke from supporting Trump to keep sanctions.

3. So to reach 67 votes to remove Trump, 7 more GOP Senators need to join these 11. That may be very possible if the Dems put on enough heat with hearings in the House.
