If Cohen could implicate Trump in “obstruction” with any actual evidence, then

A) Mueller wouldn’t have cut him loose to SDNY

B) He’d be kept back as a witness, AND made to plead to the obstruction, not allowed to plead out to other unrelated crimes

Also worth pointing out that Mueller had damning text message evidence SENT BY A MEMBER OF HIS OWN TEAM (Peter Strzok) describing FBI *deliberate withholding of 302 evidence from Congress* in the Hillary Clinton case

Is that “obstruction”? A proceeding was pending.... 🤔

Here’s STRZOK saying that Jim Baker (FBI top lawyer), Trisha Anderson (FBI Legal) and Mike Kortan (FBI) are all discussing how they deliberately withheld subpoenaed information from a Congressional investigation

Hey @BuzzFeed is this “obstruction”? If not, why not?

Summary: while this could be true it’s a non story unless

A) Cohen testifies under oath

And

B) Cohen can prove it (notes or tapes please)

Also: a major contradiction that @BuzzFeed ignores

—Cohen says Trump asked him to lie to Congress

—Cohen ALSO says he was never in Prague paying off DNC hackers

If we’re suddenly believing Cohen with no evidence when are BuzzFeed retracting their dossier stories? 🤔
