Meet @Trumper1620. This account, created in October 2018 as a hypothetical "resistance" account recently announced that they'd apparently been faking it and been a Trump supporter all along. Let's take a look at this sudden transformation.

The newly reborn @Trumper1620 posts a variety of content including racism, relatively boring mockery of liberals, and false statistics about terrorist attacks. The account looks organic and likely human-operated.
It seems unlikely that the account would have been named @Trumper1620 when acting as a hypothetical resistance account. By looking up @Trumper1620's permanent unique account ID and searching Google for it, we find that @ProudDemResists was its previous name.
The tweets leading up to @Trumper1620's big reveal contain some abrupt departures from previously held stances. Also, note that @Trump1620's self-retweets show up as RT's of @ProudDemResists - the account's previous name.
Internet Archive contains a snapshot of @ProudDemResists from immediately before the reveal and transformation into @Trumper1620. Apparently their followers weren't too keen on this development; 38% have since unfollowed.
Finally, how did @Trumper1620 build their following? #FBR seems to be a likely possibility - the account retweeted 10 #FBR parties between December 14th and January 5th.
