Roger Stone's arrest today in connection with the Russia investigation is not a shocking revelation, but the indictment does deliver four significant pieces of new allegations about the Trump campaign, Stone, and WikiLeaks. Here's what we learned 1/ wired.trib.al/fG4YGH7
