The only reptilians I have witnessed are hiding inside our mammalian brain and pluck our emotions like strings on a harp. 
Projecting our inner reptilian outside our body and into the world is self-rejection. We abandon our core and shame it. We assign it to its own dimension. This is how you program an alter. You pull the insides to the outside. This exposes their strings for someone else to play.
Once you've pulled someone's core out and put it in a reptilian you can introduce a hero. This is a projection that appeals to our archetypes. We resonate with a hero naturally. We apply this new snake oil to the reptile "problem" we created first. This is how you program minds.
The key to keeping someone in a trance is to block out anything that stops the projection leak. If someone was to restore their core, the reptilian disappears. But if our core is shamed it won't feel safe coming back. Instead, we look for Corey Goode to tell us about ourselves.
If I'd entertain aliens, i would have a larger audience. People would have me on podcasts if i would weave stories about reptilians hiding inside a secret dimension and controlling our government. Aliens are more appealing than psychopaths. They are easier to swallow. Weird.
If i was running the cabal, i would encourage this snake oil. It creates a layer of insulation between the psychopaths running the show and the people's minds that are being abused. I would prop up Wilcock and give him a prime network like The History Channel to grow.
