But this also raises questions about how councillors prepare for a difficult job.
They vote on technical issues, rife with emotion and politicking, and jump between many complicated subjects in a matter of hours. #yegcc

I empathize with @JonDziadyk if he feels ill prepared.

Tackling an MBA, he’s certainly not lazy and learning about best practices to change workplace culture ... I’d say that’s pretty relevant.

But having the city pay 2/3 was a bad call. #yegcc
